If an ad is not behaving as expected (for example, if it is flickering, if it is not aligned to the screen, or if it is not responding to the Close button), first confirm that it is a Vungle ad.
Most Vungle ads display a progress bar at the bottom of the screen during ad play, as shown below:
Once you have confirmed that this is a Vungle ad, do the following:
- Take a screenshot or capture a video of the ad as it malfunctions.
- Write in to https://support.vungle.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and include:
- The screenshot or video as an attachment
- A detailed description of the abnormality
- The Vungle Application ID
- The Vungle SDK type (Android/iOS/Windows/Plugin)
- Vungle SDK version
- Mediation service and version
- Device or devices affected (manufacturer and model)
- Device firmware
- Device OS version
