Why isn't my app found when I try to register it to the Liftoff dashboard?

When registering your app on the Liftoff dashboard, you may see the following error message:

We cannot find your app at the moment. Please contact our support team at tech-support@vungle.com for assistance.

This can happen for a few common reasons. Here are some steps to try before reaching out to support:

1. Check the app details you have entered

Make sure you entered the correct Amazon ASIN or the full store URL for your iOS or Android app. A small typo or incomplete URL may prevent the system from finding your app.

 

2. If your app was just published

If your app was released within the past week, it may take some time for our systems to pull the information from the app store. We recommend waiting a few days and then trying again.

 

3. Contact support if the issue persists

If more than a week has passed since your app was published (up to 10 days for Amazon store apps) and you still see the error, please contact our support team at tech-support@vungle.com. Include your app’s store URL or ASIN when you reach out so we can assist you more quickly.
