Dashboard Accounts - The Basics

With the new Vungle dashboard we've introduced accounts which, if you're a publisher, will allow you to roll up all of your reporting into a single account-level view. This will enable you to view metrics on all apps in your account. If you're an advertiser, our accounts will give you an account-level view of cost, performance, and other metrics, all the way down to the creative level. 

But first, you'll have to make sure your account is setup and working properly, so check out our FAQs below on the basics of Dashboard accounts.

1. I did not get an Authentication Email

We almost always send an authentication email to the email address entered upon sign up, but if for some reason you did not receive yours, just email tech-support@vungle.com and we'll send you another one. 

2. How do I change my Account (Company) Name?

If you need to change your Account name, email tech-support@vungle.com. 

3. Deleting an Account

If you need to delete your account, contact us at tech-support@vungle.com.
